PLAYTISS FAN CLUB

Fan club terms

Version 2026-10-15. The club is operated by KIM Systems GmbH; contact and company details are in the imprint.

Your account

The fan club is free and available to adults aged 18 or over. Provide an email address you control, activate it and keep your password private. Your display name and username do not create a public profile. You can update your details or delete your fan account in the account settings.

Favorites and membership

Each activated member can add one heart per available track and remove it again. Public counters do not display member names. VIP membership is granted manually, has no purchase price and can be withdrawn. VIP is access to early listening, not a promise of a commissioned song, personal reply or release date.

Early access

VIP material is for personal listening only. Do not share, distribute or re-upload it. Versions may change and material may be withdrawn. Access does not transfer copyright, related rights or any permission to reuse the recordings. Additional early access terms are shown before entry.

Fair use of the club

Do not manipulate counters, automate votes, share accounts or attempt to access another person's account or restricted files. Accounts may be suspended for misuse. Contact the operator if you believe access was restricted in error.

Privacy and email

Necessary account processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Marketing subscriptions and analytics choices are optional and separate. Withdrawing either does not remove membership.

Changes and closure

Material changes to these terms will be communicated before acceptance is required. The operator may change or discontinue the club; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
